Thu Thiem Tunnel
The Saigon Tunnel (also known as Thu Thiem Tunnel) is a tunnel crossing the Saigon River, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is part of the East-West Highway project connecting District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to Thu Thiem New Urban Area. The tunnel has six lanes of cars, drowned in the Saigon River. The project is considered as the most modern tunnel in Southeast Asia.
